Customized on demand computing solutions that will allow companies to buy or sell excess computing power in a commodity based environment. We provide a method to securely sell their excess CPU cycles in a similar fashion as a stock market transaction, or bid based approach where companies can buy or sell computational power based on their needs. The market and revenue is currently untapped and potentially very large.

The exchange will allow customers to buy unused compute power as they need them. The compute utility will let customers buy unused CPU cycles for US$1 per CPU hour and storage at US$1 per gigabyte per month.
